About the Role

Synapse Valuetech Private Limited is looking for a Sales Executive - Enterprise Software Solutions & Services to acquire and develop business from enterprise and mid-market customers.

The role involves selling enterprise software, SaaS platforms, business-process automation solutions, custom technology solutions and associated implementation/services to organisations looking to digitise or improve their business processes.
Key Responsibilities

1. Recent Business Development
- Identify and acquire new enterprise and mid-market customers.
- Generate opportunities through:
- Outbound prospecting
- LinkedIn and digital prospecting
- Existing company databases
- Referrals and business networks
- Industry events




- Channel relationships
- Marketing-generated leads
- Identify organisations with opportunities for digitisation, automation and process improvement.
- Develop business primarily across Delhi NCR and other assigned territories.

2. Business Requirement Discovery

Understand the customer's existing processes, systems and operational challenges.

Identify opportunities relating to areas such as:
- CRM
- Sales Automation
- Customer Service / Helpdesk
- Document Management
- Workflow Automation

- Dealer / Distributor Management
