- Provide insights to Programming, marketing teams by analysing, synthesizing and generating qualitative and quantitative information relevant to Programming for making marketing, media spending and content decisions
- Tracking viewership pattern on regular basis and identifying any changes that are driving viewership growth.
- Support cross functional teams in evaluating feasibility of potential program formats including assessing market size, potential and growth of the genre in terms of consumer preferences and share insights with the teams
- Promo planning and post launch promo efficiency evaluation.

Strategic planning
- Define the vision and goal of the cluster and aligning all key stakeholders on the same
- Driving projections for the current and next year
- Building content and cluster strategy plans along with channel teams and driving the implementation

Update the key stakeholders on the cluster health and content viewership

Operations management




- Oversee FPC created by the market research team in conjunction with the programming and marketing team
- Liasioning with marketing, OAP & content, finance to drive cluster operations

Brand planning
- Zee Zest
- Ideating and strategizing 360-degree marketing campaigns for launch and sustenance campaigns
- Create Viral and Organic reach for the content via cutting-edge social and PR campaigns for digital & social mediums
- Finalization of the launches and brand sustenance activities in coordination with the business heads
- Work closely with the programming and consumer research & insights teams for developing the brand calendar for the entire year
- Support the brand with high quality, timely marketing inputs and implement tactical plans / programs to maximize the value of the brands through launch, growth & other phases
- Understanding the social media analytics and generating insights out of the same. Management & leveraging social media & online reputation management
