Ridhi Ayurveda is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager cum Performance Marketing Specialist who has strong experience in scaling e-commerce sales through Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for e-commerce sales.
- Create strategies to increase daily order volume and revenue.
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitable ROAS/CPA.
- Develop complete advertising strategies including audience targeting, creatives, offers, funnels and retargeting.
- Manage and grow the brand's social media presence.
- Plan social media content strategies for Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize budgets, audiences, creatives and landing pages.
- Create effective retargeting and remarketing strategies.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives, Reels and video ads.
- Track key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, conversion rate and order volume.
- Research competitors and identify new opportunities for growth.




- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable strategies.

Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Proven experience in e-commerce/D2C sales campaigns.
- Experience in scaling campaigns and increasing order volume.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
- Understanding of sales funnels, customer journey and retargeting.
- Robust strategic and analytical thinking.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in managing social media content and growth strategies.
- 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing/Social Media.
- Proven track record of generating and scaling e-commerce sales.
- Experience with D2C, Ayurveda, Healthcare, Beauty or Wellness brands will be an advantage.
- Must be a creative strategist and growth-oriented thinker.
