About the Role

We are looking for a driven and creative Social Media Marketing Intern to own our digital presence from day one. This is a hands-on role with full ownership — you will along with our team create content, grow our audience, run paid ads, and drive real results. You will work directly with the founder.

Responsibilities
- Post daily on Instagram — Reels, carousels, and static posts
- Post daily Instagram Stories to maintain consistent engagement
- Edit Reels
- Design marketing creatives using Canva, Adobe, or equivalent tools
- Write sharp captions and hooks that stop people from scrolling
- Develop and execute organic growth strategies to grow followers aggressively before launch
- Set up, manage, and optimise paid Meta ad campaigns targeting college students in Bangalore
- Drive app downloads and event registrations through social media
- Monitor daily analytics — reach, engagement, CTR, CPC — and optimise accordingly
- Identify trending audio, formats, and hooks and execute quickly

Requirements:




- Proven experience managing social media for a brand, page, or personal account
- Proficiency in short form video editing — CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager — campaign setup, targeting, and optimisation
- Strong understanding of Instagram algorithm and viral content strategy
- Excellent written English — captions and copy must sound human and on-brand
- Ability to produce and post content consistently every single day

Preferred
- Experience with influencer outreach or UGC campaigns
- Familiarity with Instagram Insights and Meta Business Suite
- Personal Instagram presence with an engaged following
