Job Summary

The Data Manager is responsible for managing all shoot data, ensuring timely delivery of edited content to clients, supervising the editing team, and maintaining accurate records of all shoots and deliverables. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate efficiently between production and post-production teams.

Key Responsibilities1. Data Management
- Manage and organize all client shoot data, including photos, videos, and project files.
- Ensure proper backup and secure storage of all shoot data.
- Maintain a systematic file structure for easy access and retrieval of project data.

2. Client Deliverables
- Coordinate with the editing team to ensure all deliverables are completed within deadlines.
- Deliver final edited files to clients accurately and on time.
- Monitor project timelines and follow up on pending deliveries.

3. Team Management




- Supervise and coordinate the team of editors.
- Assign editing projects and monitor progress regularly.
- Ensure editing work meets company quality standards and deadlines.
- Resolve workflow bottlenecks and ensure smooth communication within the team.

4. Quality Control
- Review and verify edited content before client delivery.
- Ensure all edits are complete, error-free, and aligned with client requirements.
- Maintain consistency in file naming, formatting, and delivery standards.

5. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain a daily shoot sheet and update project status reports.
- Record details of all shoots, editing progress, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare and maintain data records for completed and ongoing projects.
- Generate daily and weekly reports for management review.
