Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed project schedules using MS Project/Primavera and monitor project progress.
- Develop baseline programs, look-ahead plans, catch-up schedules, and recovery plans.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project progress against planned targets.
- Prepare project dashboards, MIS reports, S-curves, and progress reports for management.
- Coordinate with site execution teams to ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Identify delays and recommend corrective actions to achieve project milestones.
- Monitor resource deployment, including manpower, machinery, materials, and subcontractors.
- Prepare client RA bills, final bills, and variation claims.
- Verify subcontractor bills and certify quantities executed at site.
- Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements.
- Prepare and maintain BOQs, work orders, and rate analysis.
- Reconcile quantities executed versus quantities billed.
- Ensure timely submission and approval of bills to maintain project cash flow.
- Maintain billing records and supporting documentation.




- Operate and maintain project data through ERP software.
- Update material consumption, work progress, billing records, and resource utilization in ERP.
- Generate ERP-based reports related to project planning, billing, procurement, and inventory.
- Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and project teams for accurate ERP data management.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company processes.
- Prepare cycle planning and monitoring for Mivan formwork activities.
- Track Mivan shuttering inventory, movement, and utilization efficiency.
- Monitor slab cycle timelines and coordinate with execution teams for smooth workflow.
- Analyse productivity and optimize shuttering cycle durations.
- Ensure proper sequencing of structural activities using Mivan technology.
- Assist in project budgeting and cost monitoring.
