Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Record Management
- Enter and update daily inventory transactions in Excel/ERP/software.
- Maintain records of inward, outward, transfer, return, and damaged stock.
- Update stock quantities and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Maintain proper documentation of stock movements.
- Check data accuracy and correct discrepancies in records.
- Maintain item-wise, SKU-wise, and location-wise inventory data.

Physical Inventory Checking
- Coordinate and conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Count and verify physical stock against system/Excel records.
- Check stock item-wise, SKU-wise, batch-wise, and location-wise.
- Identify shortages, excess stock, damaged stock, and misplaced items.
- Prepare Physical Inventory Verification Reports.
- Reconcile physical stock with book/system stock.
- Highlight inventory discrepancies to the Warehouse Head/Management.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for recounting and verification wherever required.




- Ensure proper identification and tagging of inventory.
- Maintain records of stock adjustments after management approval.

Coordination
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchase, Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and Sales teams for inventory-related information.
- Follow up on pending stock entries and documentation.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual stock audits.
- Assist auditors during physical inventory verification.
- Ensure inventory records are updated after stock verification.

Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Good data entry and record-keeping skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive numerical and analytical skills.
- Ability to identify stock discrepancies.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of ERP/inventory software will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
