Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Video Editor to join our video production team.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their career in video editing while working on real brand campaigns and diverse creative projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Editing
- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, social media videos, advertisements, and other digital content.
- Assemble raw footage into engaging and well-paced videos.
- Add transitions, music, sound effects, text, subtitles,



and basic visual effects.
- Follow creative briefs and instructions provided by Senior Editors, Strategists, and the production team.
- Make revisions based on feedback and ensure final videos meet quality standards.

2. Social Media Content
- Stay updated with current Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, editing styles, trends, transitions, and formats.
- Understand basic principles of creating content that holds audience attention.
- Adapt videos into different formats and aspect ratios for various platforms.
- Understand the importance of hooks, pacing, captions, and retention in short-form content.

3. Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with Senior Video Editors, Creative Strategists, Cinematographers, Designers, and Account Managers.
- Assist the team during post-production workflows.
- Understand creative concepts and contribute ideas wherever appropriate.
