The TA Enablement Specialist is the bridge between TA strategy and daily operations. As the TA team continues to evolve, this role ensures our recruiters are equipped, empowered, and productive. This role exists to make the TA team better at what they do: every process streamlined, every system optimised, and every recruiter confident in their tools and craft.

_ Please note: This role is a fixed term contract for 12 months,



and whilst this role is within the Talent Acquisition team - this is not a Recruiter role, and is best suited to someone who has already got experience working in a TA Enablement or TA Operations role._

Your key responsibilities:
- Own, manage and continuously optimise the ATS (Greenhouse), including system configuration, integrations, permissions, and data integrity
- Map, document, and standardise the end-to-end recruitment process across regions and business units
- Design and deliver TA enablement content, including onboarding programmes, training modules, and a centralised knowledge hub
- Run, maintain, and improve TA reporting, including dashboards tracking key metrics such as time to hire, offer acceptance rate, and pipeline health
- Own the Hiring Manager survey programme, including design, distribution, analysis, and action planning
