- Role Overview- We are seeking a highly accomplished Data & AI Leader to drive enterprise-scale AI transformation, Generative AI initiatives, and data-driven innovation. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, leadership, and revenue ownership, with experience in delivering measurable business outcomes through AI solutions.-
- Key Responsibilities- 1. AI Strategy & Transformation- Define and execute enterprise-wide AI and Data strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead Generative AI and Agentic AI initiatives across functions
- Drive digital transformation through adoption of AI/ML, cloud,



and data platforms
- Build reusable AI accelerators, frameworks, and assets

2. Business Impact & Revenue Ownership- Drive revenue generation through AI-led solutions, GTM strategies, and innovation programs
- Own and contribute to pre-sales, RFP responses, and solution positioning
- Deliver measurable business outcomes such as:
- Revenue growth- o Cost savings- o Productivity optimization- Partner with leadership and stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and scale solutions

3. Leadership & Team Management- Build and lead high-performing global teams (50-100+ members)
- Mentor data scientists, ML engineers, and AI specialists
- Establish Centers of Excellence (CoE) for AI and analytics
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across geographies
- 4. Solution Design & Delivery- Architect and deliver end-to-end AI/ML solutions across domains
