We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic US Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team in India with Min 1-3 years of experience. Freshers please refrain from applying.

Key Responsibilities:
- Bench Sales: Market available consultants to direct clients and tier-1 vendors in the US. Proactively reach out to potential clients to place IT consultants on projects.
- Negotiation: Negotiate rates and terms with clients and consultants to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Consultant Management: Maintain a database of consultants available on the bench and their skillsets. Provide support to consultants throughout the placement process.
- Follow-up: Follow up with clients and consultants on the interview process, feedback, and onboarding.
- Documentation:



Ensure all necessary documentation and contracts are completed accurately and promptly.

Shift Timings: US SHift --7PM to 4AM

Direct Walkin: From 7 PM to 10 PM Daily (Mon - Fri) until Oct 1st.

Qualifications:
- Experience:1-3 years of experience in US Bench Sales recruitment or IT staffing is must.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Solid interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and consultants.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools.
