Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international flight bookings and hotel reservations
- Process new bookings, amendments, cancellations, refunds, and reissues.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, consolidators, and travel suppliers for reservation requirements.
- Verify booking details, pricing, availability, and travel documentation requirements.
- Provide reservation support to the sales and operations teams. -Ensure timely issuance of tickets, vouchers, and booking confirmations.
- Stay updated on airline policies, hotel contracts, fare rules, and travel regulations.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards.

Skills & Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in flight and hotel reservations within the Travel & Tourism industry (mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international airfare structures, ticketing procedures, and hotel booking processes.




- Familiarity with online booking engines and supplier portals.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reservation management systems.

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate or Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- IATA/UFTAA certification or equivalent qualification will be an advantage.
- Experience handling FIT, Group, Corporate, and MICE reservations.
- Knowledge of visa requirements and travel documentation processes is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
