About the Job
Primary Responsibilities
- Leads customer-facing software implementation projects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develops and maintains project plans, schedules, and delivery milestones.
- Manages project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Serves as the primary contact for customers and key stakeholders.
- Provides project governance, progress reporting, and status communications.
- Coordinates project resources, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
- Monitors project budgets, forecasts, and overall financial performance.
- Ensures project deliverables meet quality, schedule, and customer expectations.
- Supports post-implementation activities and transition to support teams.
- Contributes to proposal development and other pre-sales activities as needed.

- Supports continuous improvement initiatives and project management best practices.
- Contributes to consulting practice development and operational excellence.

- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working directly with customers and stakeholders.
- Understanding of software implementation and delivery methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in project governance, risk management,
