Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Primary teachers and ensure quality classroom instruction.
- Plan academic calendars, lesson plans, and assessments.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide guidance to teachers.
- Monitor student performance and recommend improvement strategies.
- Organize examinations, PTMs, assemblies, and school events.
- Ensure effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum and school policies.
- Coordinate with parents regarding academics and student development.
- Conduct teacher training and career development programs.
- Prepare academic reports and maintain documentation.
- Support the Principal in academic planning and school operations.

Qualifications:
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Coordinator or Academic Head is preferred.
