We are hiring an experienced Accountant to manage daily financials for our real estate portfolio, rental properties, and personal taxation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain complete daily bookkeeping, tenant billing, and rental ledgers in Tally.
- Manage end-to-end GST filings (GSTR-1, 3B) and TDS deductions/returns for property transactions and vendors.
- Prepare and file personal Income Tax Returns (ITR), track advance taxes, and handle capital gains calculations.
- Perform regular bank, tenant, and vendor reconciliations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, ideally with real estate or rental portfolios.
- High proficiency in Tally Prime / ERP 9 and MS Excel.
- Robust working knowledge of GST, TDS, and personal income tax laws.
- B.Com, M.Com, or Semi-CA preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
