Site Supervision
- Supervise daily site activities and workforce.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and report daily activities to management.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Identify and resolve site issues promptly.

BOQ & Quantity Monitoring
- Read and understand BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and project specifications.
- Verify executed quantities against BOQ items.
- Measure and record completed work quantities.
- Monitor material consumption and compare with BOQ requirements.
- Assist in preparation of work progress reports and billing quantities.
- Coordinate with quantity surveyors and project engineers for quantity verification.
- Identify variations and additional works beyond the approved BOQ.

Material Management
- Check material requirements based on project schedules and BOQ.
- Monitor receipt, storage, and usage of materials at site.
- Prevent material wastage and maintain consumption records.




- Raise material requisitions as per project requirements.

Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all workers use required PPE and safety equipment.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Monitor compliance with site safety regulations.
- Report accidents, incidents, and unsafe conditions immediately.

Quality Control
- Ensure work quality meets project standards and specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections and rectify defects.
- Coordinate with quality engineers for inspections and approvals.

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily labour attendance and work records.
- Prepare daily progress reports and submit to management.
- Maintain site records, checklists, and inspection reports.
- Record manpower, material consumption, and completed quantities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
