We are looking for Packing Officers to join the packing department at our WHO-GMP certified manufacturing plant. This is a hands-on role across our packing halls and packing material area. Full training will be provided, making it a positive opportunity for science graduates who want to build a long-term career in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day packing operations (blister, strip, bottle, and carton packing) as per the daily plan.
- Carry out line clearance, in-process checks, and basic quality checks during packing.
- Handle and issue packing materials — foil, PVC/PVDC films, cartons, leaflets, labels — and maintain proper reconciliation and records.
- Ensure correct material, batch coding, and overprinting details at the packing line.
- Maintain accurate entries in logbooks and packing records as per GMP / good documentation practices.
- Keep the packing area clean, organised, and audit-ready (5S).
- Coordinate with Production, QA/IPQA, and Stores for smooth packing flow.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and GMP rules on the shop floor.

- Education: B.Sc in any science stream — Chemistry, Physics, Maths, Botany, Zoology, Biology, etc. Open to non-pharmacy graduates only (not for B.Pharm/D.Pharm/M.Pharm).
- Experience:Freshers welcome. 0-1 year is fine.
- Skills:
- Willingness to learn and follow SOPs and instructions.
- Basic computer knowledge (data entry, MS Excel/Word).
- Attention to detail and discipline in record-keeping.
- Clear communication in Hindi & basic English.
- Personal Traits:
