Job Summary:
We are seeking a confident and energetic Telecaller Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and maintain good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
Explain company products and services clearly
Generate leads and schedule appointments
Follow up with customers regularly
Maintain customer database and call records
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Resolve customer queries and complaints
Coordinate with sales and support teams
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive convincing and negotiation ability
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work under target-based environment
Active listening and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
Qualifications:
Minimum Graduate preferred
Hindi and basic English communication preferred
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred
Work Location: In person
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
