Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the monthly and weekly social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop creative content ideas for posts, reels, stories, carousels, YouTube Shorts, product launches, offers, campaigns, and brand activities.
- Create social media graphics and creatives using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
- Shoot and edit short-form videos, reels, product videos, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional videos for social media.
- Write engaging captions, headlines, hashtags, and basic promotional copy suitable for each platform.
- Ensure regular scheduling and publishing of content according to the approved content calendar.
- Maintain consistency in the company's brand identity, visual style, tone of voice, and messaging across all platforms.
- Repurpose existing product videos, blogs, customer reviews, photographs, and marketing material into engaging social media content.
- Monitor social media trends, trending audio, reels formats, competitor activities,



and industry developments and suggest relevant content opportunities.
- Manage day-to-day engagement, including monitoring comments, messages, mentions, and customer interactions, and escalate queries where required.
- Work towards improving organic reach, engagement, followers, video views, brand awareness, and website traffic from social media.
- Manage YouTube content including video uploads, Shorts, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, playlists, and basic YouTube SEO.
- Identify opportunities for influencer collaborations, user-generated content, customer testimonials, and creator partnerships.
- Monitor the performance of individual posts, reels, videos, and campaigns and identify the types of content generating the best response.
- Track key social media metrics including reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, video views, watch time, clicks, and website traffic.
