About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Own qualified sales opportunities from the discovery stage through commercial closure.
- Handle client meetings, requirement discussions, solution presentations and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate with pre-sales, technical and delivery teams to prepare proposals, estimates, presentations and statements of work.
- Understand the client’s business requirements and position the appropriate technology or digital solution.
- Follow up consistently with decision-makers and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, project scope and contractual conditions without compromising project profitability.
- Maintain an accurate opportunity pipeline, closure probability, expected deal value and expected closure date in the CRM.
- Build relationships with founders, CXOs, business owners and senior decision-makers.




- Manage both domestic clients and selected international opportunities.
- Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly revenue closure targets.
- Support account growth, upselling and cross-selling opportunities wherever applicable.
