About the Role
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow social media presence across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & other relevant platforms:
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars and social media campaigns:
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand objectives and current trends
- Create and implement strategies to increase reach, engagement, followers, and conversions:
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, video editors, and marketing teams:
- Manage and optimize organic and paid social media campaigns:
- Monitor account performance and analyze key metrics
- Prepare monthly social media performance reports with actionable insights
- Identify opportunities to improve content performance and audience engagement
Required Skills:
- Robust hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite:
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn:
- Social media strategy and content planning
- Knowledge of organic & paid social media campaigns:
- Social media analytics and performance reporting
- Understanding of current social media trends and algorithms
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple brands/projects simultaneously
- What We're Looking For
We need a hands-on Social Media Manager who can independently plan, execute, analyze, and improve social media strategies—not just schedule posts.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
