Educational Qualification:
- Higher Secondary or Above
Experience Required:
- 3-4 years of experience in Retail Operations
- Experience in Retail, Footwear, or Apparel Industry is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations
- Ensure excellent customer service and sales support
- Handle inventory management and stock control
- Monitor store housekeeping and visual merchandising
- Prepare daily sales and stock reports
