Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager - Advertising & Lead Generation to drive revenue through advertising solutions, digital marketing services, Meta/Google advertising, lead generation campaigns, and customized marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify potential clients across different industries and generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand business and marketing requirements.
- Develop customized advertising and lead-generation proposals.
- Negotiate commercials, packages, and contracts with clients.
- Close deals and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Advertising & Lead Generation Sales
- Sell Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media advertising, lead generation campaigns, digital marketing, and media solutions.
- Understand client objectives such as leads, enquiries, sales, brand awareness, app downloads, and customer acquisition.
- Recommend appropriate advertising platforms, budgets, targeting strategies, and campaign packages.
- Explain campaign performance, CPL, conversion rates, ROI, and other key marketing metrics to clients.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing/performance marketing team to ensure successful campaign execution.

3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
- Handle client queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
