About the Role

Creative Hands Art Materials (parent company of BRUSTRO) is looking for a Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands content, trends, and community building—especially in the creative/art space.

We are a leading importer and distributor of premium international art brands and are available in 500+ stores across India, with a robust and growing Instagram presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals and growth objectives.
- Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Manage and strategize the brand's presence across social media platforms, with a strong focus on Instagram.
- Drive audience engagement, community building, and brand awareness through social media initiatives.
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Track key marketing KPIs such as reach, engagement, lead generation, conversions, and ROI.



Prepare periodic performance reports and present findings to management.
- Coordinate with sales and business teams to support product launches, promotions, and business development initiatives.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Adds, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of content marketing, influencer marketing, and community management.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, retention, and overall brand visibility.
- Stay updated on emerging digital marketing tools, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (required)
- 4-5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in B2B
