POSITION OVERVIEW:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise day-to-day F&B; service operations within the private residence.
- Deliver personalised and highly attentive dining service to the family and guests.
- Lead and supervise the F&B; service team, ensuring professional grooming and service standards.
- Coordinate formal and informal meals, private dinners, parties, and special events.
- Ensure proper table setup, service sequence, silverware, glassware, and presentation.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of fine dining, international cuisines, beverages, and service etiquette.
- Coordinate closely with the Chef and kitchen team for seamless meal service.
- Manage guest preferences, dietary requirements, and special requests.
- Maintain inventory of crockery, cutlery, glassware, linen, and other F&B; supplies.




- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper upkeep of dining and service areas.
- Train and guide junior service staff on luxury hospitality standards.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other residence staff to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and professional conduct at all times.
- Handle last-minute guest requirements efficiently and with a service-oriented approach.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- 8+ years of total experience in luxury hospitality/F&B.;
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an F&B; Supervisor or in a similar supervisory position.
- Strong experience in fine dining and premium guest service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Impeccable grooming, etiquette, and qualified presentation.
- Strong knowledge of table service, formal dining, and F&B; protocols.
- Ability to supervise and manage a team effectively.
- Experience handling HNI/UHNI cli
