Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.

Maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Update customer interactions in the system accurately.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Strong verbal communication skills in Tamil.

Basic computer knowledge.

Willingness to work from the office environment.
