Chayam Tea is a premium tea brand offering a wide range of teas across retail, corporate gifting, and e-commerce channels. We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Content Creator to help grow our online presence and engage our audience through compelling content.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Develop creative content ideas, captions, hooks, and campaign concepts that align with the brand's voice and marketing objectives.
- Create reels, carousel posts, stories, and other social media contentusing Canva, CapCut, and similar tools.
- Stay updated on social media trends, viral formats, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely posting across all platforms.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
- Robust understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn,



and YouTube content formats.
- Good knowledge of Canva, CapCut, and AI-powered content creation tools.
- Ability to write engaging captions, content hooks, and social media copy.
- Understanding of social media analytics and engagement metrics.

Preferred
- Experience handling social media for consumer brands, FMCG, food & beverage, lifestyle, or retail businesses.
- Basic understanding of Meta Business Suite and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, and similar content creation platforms.
