Technical skills:
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Meta/Facebook Ads.
- Solid knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager.
- Good understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and funnel strategies.
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage advertising budgets effectively.
- Good understanding of ad copy, creatives, and A/B testing.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4 will be an added advantage.
