Designation:Billing Executive (Non-Voice - Dental RCM) Shift: Night
- Working with Insurance Portals and Client Software
- Inquiring about the Dental policy benefit information as well as outstanding claims
- Understanding the additional guidelines which might affect the coverage.
- Obtaining the benefit information on required template.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Undergraduate / Graduate or equivalent.
- Prior experience in Dental Billing is preferred.
- Familiarity with CDT, ADA, HIPAA will be advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding written communication skill in English.
- Top-notch interpersonal skills with a commitment to excellent client service.
- Capacity to work with sensitive patient information while maintaining HIPAA.
- Ability to work in US Shift Timings (Night Shift)




- Typing Speed 50 WPM or more with minimum 98% accuracy.
- Familiar with Word, Excel, PDF.
