Job Description - Tender Bidding Executive

Position: Tender Bidding Executive
Experience: 1-4 Years
Department: Tender / Bidding

Job Responsibilities
- Identify and shortlist suitable tenders for clients across various product and service categories.
- Read and understand tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ and commercial terms.
- Prepare tender documents, forms, declarations, undertakings and other required documents accurately.
- Handle end-to-end tender bidding from tender identification to final submission.
- Submit bids on GeM and various Central/State e-procurement portals.
- Conduct bidder/vendor registration and enrolment on different e-procurement portals.
- Coordinate with clients for required documents, EMD, tender fees, signatures, DSC and clarifications.
- Handle post-bid activities, including clarification submissions, technical queries and additional document requirements.




- Guide clients regarding tender requirements, eligibility, documentation and bidding procedures.
- Monitor tender deadlines, corrigenda, bid status and results.
- Maintain proper records of submitted bids and tender-related documents.

Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of GeM and e-procurement portals.
- Solid tender document reading and interpretation skills.
- Knowledge of complete tender bidding and post-bid process.
- Excellent documentation and attention to detail.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tenders simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel and PDF tools.
