About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally Prime:
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, ledgers, and vouchers.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Perform month-end and year-end book closing activities.
- Manage accounting and reconciliation for e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
- Reconcile marketplace settlements, payment gateways, commissions, returns, refunds, and deductions.
- Generate invoices, credit/debit notes, and maintain financial documentation.
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial reports for management.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.




- 4-6 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an e-commerce or retail business.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime(mandatory).
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.:
- Experience in handling e-commerce marketplace accounting and reconciliations.
- Good knowledge of settlement reports, payment gateway reconciliation, returns, and inventory accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Pay: ₹15,655.12 - ₹30,000.00 per month
