Overall responsibility for the smooth functioning and performance of the branch.
- Manage and monitor branch operations, including allocation and follow-up of survey assignments.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, clients, surveyors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure timely completion and submission of survey reports and claim-related documentation.
- Monitor TAT, pending cases, productivity, and branch performance.
- Lead, guide, and evaluate the performance of surveyors and branch employees.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance in survey reports and documentation.
- Handle client and insurer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Support business development and strengthen relationships with insurance companies and clients.
- Prepare and submit regular MIS, productivity reports, and branch performance reports to management.
- Manage branch administration, employee discipline, attendance, and operational requirements.
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, IRDAI guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Pay: ₹720,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
