Role Objective

Key Responsibilities

Campus Recruitment
- Plan and execute campus hiring drives across colleges
- Build relationships with placement coordinators and institutions:
- Conduct campus presentations, screenings, and coordination

Lateral Hiring
- Handle end-to-end hiring for sales, operations, and support roles:
- Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews
- Ensure timely closure of open positions

Coordination & Process Management
- Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and data

Requirements:




- Minimum 1-3 years of recruitment experience (mandatory):
- Experience in both campus and/or bulk hiring preferred:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Kannada (mandatory):
- Currently based in Bangalore:
- Ability to travel for campus and hiring activities

Preferred Profile
- Experience in retail / sales hiring:
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
