Key Responsibilities
- Counsel clients regarding Work Visas, Study Visas, Visitor Visas, PR, and other immigration services.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate and convert leads.
- Understand client profiles and recommend suitable visa options.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong client relationships.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the processing team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and client interactions.
- Achieve monthly counseling and conversion targets.
Requirements:
- Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years in Immigration Counseling and Telecalling.
- Solid communication, sales, and counseling skills.
- Ability to handle client objections and close deals effectively.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Salary & Benefits
