Position: Sr.Production Executive/Chemist

Experience Required: 1-5 Years (Cosmetics / Pharma Industry)

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Production Operations
- Supervise manufacturing activities for ointments, creams, lotions, gels, and powder-based products
- Execute production batches as per approved BMR/BPR and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor critical manufacturing processes such as blending, emulsification, mixing, homogenization, and filling operations
- Ensure timely production planning and batch completion as per schedules

Process & Quality Coordination
- Coordinate with QA and QC teams for in-process checks, approvals, and line clearance activities
- Monitor production parameters to ensure product quality and process consistency
- Report deviations, process issues, and operational challenges to management on a timely basis
- Ensure adherence to GMP guidelines, safety standards, and production hygiene practices

Equipment & Documentation
- Ensure proper utilization, cleaning,



and maintenance of production equipment and machinery
- Maintain daily production records, batch documentation, and process reports accurately
- Support troubleshooting and process improvement activities within the department

Team & Floor Management
- Supervise manpower on the production floor and ensure smooth workflow execution
- Coordinate with stores, QA, maintenance, and planning teams for uninterrupted production activities
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and operational efficiency on the shop floor

Required Skills & Competencies:
- Hands-on manufacturing experience in ointments, creams, lotions, and powders
- Strong understanding of semi-solid and powder manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of GMP practices, production documentation, and SOP compliance
- Positive team handling and coordination skills
- Problem-solving approach with ability to handle shop floor operations efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting systems
