Production Planning & Control Head

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech (Mechanical / Production Engineering)
Experience: 7-10 Years
Age: Below 40 Years
Remuneration: ₹7 LPA to ₹10 LPA, depending on experience, qualifications, and performance during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Production Planning, Scheduling, and Control functions.
- Ensure timely execution of manufacturing and project requirements.
- Develop and maintain Production Control Systems, MIS reports, and production records.
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Quality, and Project teams.
- Formulate material procurement strategies and monitor inventory levels.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop vendors and subcontractors.
- Participate in tendering activities by providing technical and production inputs.




- Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and quality requirements.
- Supervise welding and fabrication activities in accordance with approved procedures and specifications.
- Drive productivity improvements, cost optimization, and operational excellence initiatives.

Required Skills & Expertise
- Proven experience in the Metal Fabrication Industry.
- Strong exposure to Project Execution and manufacturing operations.
- Thorough knowledge of Industrial Safety Norms.
- Sound understanding of Welding Systems, Procedures, and Fabrication Practices.
- Knowledge of Design Engineering, Material Grades, and Specifications.
- Experience in Tender Participation, Material Procurement, and Vendor Management.
- Expertise in Production Planning, Production Control, Capacity Planning, and Documentation.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing workflows.
