Key Responsibilities
- Amazon Marketplace Operations- Manage daily Amazon FBA and FBM operations.- Create and process FBA shipment plans.- Coordinate inventory replenishment to Amazon fulfillment centers.- Monitor FBA inventory health and recommend replenishment schedules.- Process and manage FBM orders from receipt to dispatch.- Handle Amazon order exceptions, returns, reimbursements, and claims.- Monitor account health metrics and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.- Coordinate with internal teams to ma
