Key Responsibilities

AI Content Strategy
- Define and execute an AI-led content roadmap across Broadcast, OTT, Digital, and Social platforms
- Identify high-impact AI use cases across ideation, scripting, localisation, discovery, and archives

Content Creation & Workflow Innovation
- Deploy AI tools for research, scripting support, highlights, clips, subtitling, dubbing, and regional scaling
- Enable creators and editorial teams to adopt AI as a creativity and productivity multiplier

Audience Intelligence & Personalisation
- Leverage AI/ML to inform programming, content recommendations, and platform personalisation
- Drive measurable improvements in engagement, retention, and consumption

Innovation & Emerging Tech
- Pilot recent formats such as AI-assisted storytelling, interactive content, and synthetic media (where appropriate)
- Partner with AI startups, platforms, and technology providers

Cross‑functional Leadership
- Work closely with Content, Digital Product, Tech, Data, Legal, and Business teams
- Build internal AI capability through training and change management
