Job Title: Senior Finance Executive

Department: Finance & Accounts

Reporting To: Finance Manager / Accounts Manager

Experience: 4-7 years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter (preferred)

Job Location: Chennai.Nungambakam (NFA COMPANY)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and MIS reports.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
- Support budgeting and financial planning activities.




- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding financial matters.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience in ERP/accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or ERP systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing, project, or service industries.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance and taxation.
- Team handling experience is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,615.18 - ₹50,000.00 per month
