Ticketing/ Travel Sales/Post Sales - Executive (for Australia/New Zealand/United Kingdom process)

Job Description:




Handling customers mainly for International Flights bookings domestic & International Ticketing.

1-8 years of experience required.

Excellent Knowledge of any GDS (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo, Worldspan)

Sound knowledge of Domestic and International Flight fares.

Issuance and reissuance

Date Change, Schedule Change and Refunds.

B2B and B2C both will do.

Skills:Good Geographical Knowledge i.e. City codes, Airport codes etc.

Interacting with the Airlines.

Travel sales process.

Willing to work in shifts as per International Time zones

5 days of working, 2 rotational off's
