Job Summary

This hybrid role for TM FP and A focuses on cost center accounting accounting strategies and bank accounting to support accurate financial planning and analysis for a global organization. The qualified will deliver reliable reporting support business decision making and maintain strong controls while collaborating with cross functional finance and operations teams in a day shift environment with no travel.

Responsibilities:
Perform detailed cost center accounting activities to ensure accurate allocation of expenses and adherence to company wide financial policies and statutory requirements

Prepare analyze and validate monthly cost center reports to provide actionable insights that help stakeholders manage budgets and control operational spending

Develop and maintain accounting strategies that align with organizational objectives while supporting sustainable growth and efficient use of financial resources





Execute end to end bank accounting activities including posting reconciliations and variance resolution to ensure timely and reliable cash and liquidity information

Coordinate with treasury and finance partners to validate bank balances resolve discrepancies and support efficient cash management processes

Prepare management reports within the FP and A function that highlight performance trends variance drivers and improvement opportunities for cost centers and bank related activities

Implement and enhance internal controls across cost center accounting accounting strategies and bank accounting to reduce risk and support audit readiness

Support budgeting and forecasting cycles by providing cost center level analysis driver based assumptions and scenario assessments that improve planning accuracy

Perform periodic reconciliations of simple accounts to ensure alignment between general ledger balances cost center postings and bank statements

Assist in intercompany and fixed asset accounting activities by validating entries monitoring balances an
