Role Description

This is a full-time Hybrid role for a Customer Support Executive. The position is based in Narela Industrial Area, Delhi, with the flexibility to work remotely when required.

The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions across multiple channels, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product-related support. The role involves ensuring timely responses to customer queries, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction,



and collaborating with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within defined timelines.
- Assist customers with product-related queries and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
Qualifications
- Strong experience or understanding of Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service principles.
- Proficiency in managing online customer support and resolving customer inquiries through digital channels.
- Experience in handling product-related queries and providing technical assistance when required
