Position: Store Executive

Location: Surajpur, Greater Noida

Experience: 3+ years of experience

Qualification: Graduate

JD:
- Receive and verify packing materials against purchase orders and invoices.
- Maintain proper records of all inward and outward packing materials.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and arrangement of packing materials.
- Issue packing materials to the production team as per approved requirements.
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels and raise requirements on time.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Update stock records in ERP/software and maintain necessary documentation.
- Monitor material consumption and identify excess, shortage, or wastage.




- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts teams regarding material requirements and discrepancies.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards in the store.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports as required by management.
- Ensure packing materials are protected from damage, contamination, moisture, and improper handling.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required stock records and documents.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
