Responsibilities:
- Execute and coordinate system CAE (meshing and analysis) tasks and projects with high efficiency and quality
- Make sound technical decisions while handling complex simulation requirements and trade-offs
- Take full ownership and accountability of assigned deliverables, ensuring timely and accurate completion
- Work closely with account managers, global teams, and stakeholders to align on project scope and expectations
- Perform meshing and analysis using Hypermesh, LS-Dyna, Primer, and LS-Post with mínimal supervision
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of all CAE tasks and projects




- Conduct stage-wise reviews with stakeholders to track progress and maintain deliverable standards- Adapt to changing business needs, tools, and processes, including working in shifts when required
- Support team members, share knowledge, and contribute to building a strong collaborative team environment
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, safety, and quality standards

If you have/are:
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in CAE analysis, meshing, and system simulation within automotive or engineering services
- Expertise in Hypermesh and LS-Dyna
- Working knowledge of Primer and LS-Post
- Understanding of NCAP requirements and system model setup
- Experience working in cross-functional and global teams
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to deliver high-quality results within deadlines
