Job Responsibilities
- Ticket Management: Open, track, and close support tickets within a set time limit.
- Data Entry: Type customer details, process orders, and keep internal databases accurate.
- Age criteria 18 to 29 years
Issue Escalation: Send complex technical or billing problems to senior teams.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
