Handle daily IT support and system-related activities.
- Maintain desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and networking devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, internet, and connectivity issues.
- Monitor network and system performance during market hours.
- Perform system updates, antivirus checks, and regular backups.
- Maintain IT inventory, licenses, and asset records.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for repairs and technical support.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company IT policies.
- Maintain records of IT issues and resolutions.
- Provide quick technical assistance to employees whenever required.
Qualification: Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience: 1-3 years in IT support/system administration.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
