Data Maintenance and updating customer records on timely basis
- Developing customer service procedures, policies and standards for your organization or department
- To ensure Service Reminders and Post service follow up are done as per proposed timeline
- To ensure that Voice of customer is recorded and entered in the system correctly
- To assist the Customer care manager
- To maintain weekly reports and share internally for solution analysis
- To make a report of the delight parameters recorded across customer interaction
- To ensure correct contact details of the customer are maintained in the system
- To do a Root cause analysis of the complaints registered with the help of other functions
- To follow new processes defined from time to time
- To follow up on closure of complaints until customer confirms of satisfaction
