KRA - Sales Trainer (Kia Dealership)
- Sales Training Delivery - Conduct regular sales and product training sessions.
- Product Knowledge - Ensure 100% product certification and knowledge enhancement.
- Sales Process Compliance - Maintain adherence to Kia sales processes and SOPs.
- Lead Conversion Improvement - Improve enquiry-to-booking and retail conversion ratios.
- Recent Joiner Induction - Complete onboarding and training for new sales staff.
- Performance Coaching - Provide coaching and development support to sales consultants.
- Customer Experience (CSI) - Improve customer satisfaction through effective training.
- Assessment & Evaluation - Conduct regular tests and track training effectiveness.
- CRM & DMS Compliance - Ensure proper usage of CRM and dealership systems.
- Training Reports & MIS - Maintain training records and submit reports on time

Technical Knowledge is Mandatory, Preference for BE Mechanical /Automobile engineers

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
