About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Understand client requirements, expectations, and event objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all client requirements are communicated and executed effectively.
- Manage client communication throughout the event planning and execution process.
- Coordinate with vendors, production teams, creative teams, and other stakeholders as required.
- Track deliverables, timelines, and client requirements to ensure smooth event execution.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and last-minute requirements professionally.
- Provide suitable solutions and alternatives based on client needs.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and internal teams.
- Assist in preparing client reports, account updates, and post-event evaluations.




- Identify opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships and support additional business opportunities.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle.

Requirements:
- Experience in Client Servicing, Event Management, Account Management, or a related field.
- Events background preferred.:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-management abilities.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and deadlines simultaneously.
- Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced event environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
