Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing Officer to support the planning and execution of marketing activities that increase brand awareness, generate leads, engage customers, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Create and coordinate marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, flyers, and promotional content.
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence and coordinate content calendars.
- Assist in lead-generation activities and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with sales, design, and other internal teams to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Organize and support events, exhibitions, product launches, and other promotional activities.
- Maintain customer and marketing databases and track campaign leads.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors,



and media partners when required.
- Monitor marketing budgets and ensure activities are completed within approved budgets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing tools, and emerging marketing opportunities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
- Valuable understanding of digital and traditional marketing concepts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and marketing tools.
- Strong organizational and project-management skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign results and prepare reports.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
